9. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes
During activities organised by Paddle Surf Sevilla, managed by Naturanda Turismo Ambiental, S.L., photographs or video recordings featuring participants may be taken.
Photographs and videos in which a person is identified or identifiable constitute personal data. Their use for promotional purposes is subject to applicable data protection legislation and the right to one’s own image.
Where Naturanda wishes to use images in which participants are identifiable to promote its activities and services, it will obtain the relevant authorisation beforehand. Such authorisation must be specific, informed, and voluntary. It may cover publication of the images on the Naturanda and Paddle Surf Sevilla websites, their official social media profiles, and other promotional materials, within the scope of the uses expressly authorised.
Authorisation for the promotional use of images is independent of the purchase of services and acceptance of this privacy policy. Refusing to authorise such use will not affect the user’s ability to book or participate in activities.
The data subject may withdraw their authorisation at any time by submitting a request to info@paddlesurfsevilla.com. Upon receiving the request, Naturanda will cease using the images for the authorised promotional purposes and take reasonable steps to remove publications from channels under its control, without prejudice to technical limitations or circumstances applicable by law to content already distributed by third parties.
Images will only be used for the authorised purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties for their own unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
Where images include minors, the safeguards will be implemented and the authorisations of their legal representatives will be obtained as required under applicable legislation.

Users are responsible for their use of the website and must refrain from using it unlawfully or in breach of this Legal Notice.

11.2. Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge provided that they give at least 24 hours’ notice before the tour start time.

The cancellation period will be calculated based on the tour start time stated in the booking confirmation.
11.3. Changes to Dates or Times
Customers may request a change of date or time at least 24 hours before the tour starts. Approval of the change will be subject to availability and must be expressly confirmed by the company.

To request a cancellation or booking change, customers must contact the company through the channels indicated in the booking confirmation or email reservas@paddlesurfsevilla.com.
Customers are advised to submit their request in writing and retain confirmation of receipt or the company’s response.
11.5. Cancellations or Changes by the Company
If the company cancels or substantially modifies an activity, customers will be informed and offered the alternatives or remedies applicable under the booking terms and relevant legislation.

11.6. Safety During Activities
Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by instructors, comply with the activity rules, and disclose any circumstances that may be relevant to their safe participation.
The obligation to follow safety instructions does not exclude or limit any liabilities legally attributable to the company, instructors, or other parties involved.
The cancellation terms set out in this section apply without prejudice to any non-waivable rights to which consumers are entitled under applicable law.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
